I offer services focused on empowering women to build strength and confidence through consistent, functional movement.

INITIAL
Consultation

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, or enhance overall fitness, this consultation is the first step toward achieving your goals with a program designed just for you—in the comfort of your own home.

Duration:  2.5  hours.       

ONE ON ONE
Personal Training

Each in-home personal training session provides a fully customized experience, delivering everything you need to build strength and confidence, without the need for a home gym setup. All you need is a bit of space and a commitment to your goals!

Duration:  60 minutes.       

Virtual Programming

A virtual program offers the structure and guidance you need to stay consistent and reach your goals, all while providing the flexibility to train on your terms, at your location, and with the tools you have available.

Nutrition Coaching

With this service you can expect professional support and strategies to reach your goals using a holistic approach to nutrition backed by the latest research.

It's not just about lifting heavier weights, but about building a body that can perform functional movements that improve daily activities. Whether it’s picking up children, carrying groceries, or maintaining good posture, functional strength training helps women feel capable and empowered in their daily lives. I guide my clients through movements that support strength, balance, and flexibility, which are crucial for overall well-being.
